The result is even more effective (again, this is for me!) than wearing diamonds (another face-brightener). There are colors I love that make me look sick (butter yellow, I’m looking at you!), so I don’t wear them near my face. In that case, I’ll wear shoes or pants. Turquoise does the opposite: it brings my skin back to life! I have a few heirloom pieces like my Irene Neuwirth gumball studs and my Sherman-Field locket, but pops of turquoise don’t have to break the bank. I love scouring Etsy. I just got this jumbo stone necklace a few weeks ago and can’t get over the quality. It’s amazing. This Etsy necklace also looks very promising. The RealReal is another great source. How fab is this Kenneth Jay Lane beauty? And don’t forget about BaubleBar. This easy strand (under $50) and these little huggies (under $100) are both in my daily rotation.
